With over 20 years of experience, Vikki Whyte has built a reputation as an award-winning kitchen designer, known for her fresh perspective and meticulous attention to detail.
Her work is shaped by a deep understanding of how people live - creating spaces that are not only highly functional but also deeply personal.
Vikki’s design journey began on the tools, working as a painter and decorator. This hands-on experience gave her an intuitive appreciation for texture, form, and finish - a foundation that naturally evolved into a passion for design.
The Whyte House Design Difference
Before founding Whyte House Design, she worked as an in-house designer for several bespoke joinery companies, collaborating closely with joiners and on-site trades. This gave her valuable insight into the construction process and helped develop her practical, solution-focused approach.
Today, Vikki is driven by a passion for creating kitchens that elevate daily living - spaces that perform beautifully and feel effortlessly connected to the people who use them. She believes great design is rooted in purpose, with every project tailored to reflect the client’s individual lifestyle, needs, and personality.
